Patient: Yes, I've had a mild fever on and off, and sometimes I feel a bit achy.
Doctor: Thank you for sharing that. Have you been in contact with anyone who is sick, or have you recently traveled?
Patient: No, I haven't traveled or been around anyone who's been ill.
Doctor: Okay. I'll now listen to your lungs and check your vital signs. Could you please take a deep breath and hold it?
